Terms and conditions

1.Reservation Policy

All confirmed paid reservation will be hold until 12midnight only and billed as No-Show.
Any delays on arrival must be informed in advance before check-in date. The hotel reserves the rights to release your room by midnight if there are no notification.

2.Cancellation

Any cancellation within 30 Days from Check-In Date will be charged 100% of Room Rate.
Any cancellation 31 Days and above, 20% of Room Charges will be charged which means balance will be refunded after deducting bank charges .

3.Refund Policy

*Deposit of RM50 will be collected upon Check-In and only refunded upon check-out provided room in good condition.
* Balance deposit will be refunded after deducting room damages accordingly (if any).

4.Shorten Stay (Early Check-Out)

* No refund will be paid to Guest for any shorten-stay or early check-out.

5.Extend Stay

All extend stay payment must be made before 12:00Noon on scheduled Check-Out Date.

6.Missing Or Damaged Items

The hotel will charge accordingly for any missing items and damages (including stained linens) upon check-out.

Yes. Please refer to the Map.
Are the rates quoted meant for per room or per person?
All rates quoted are based on per room per night basis. The Studio is meant for 1 person, the Junior Suite can accommodate 2 persons by request of an additional matress at an additional surcharge; and the Family Suite can accommodate up to 3 persons by request of an additional mattress at an additional surcharge.
How far is your hotel to the bus terminal (Melaka Sentral)?
It is about 5-10 mins by car.
How far is your hotel from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)?
From KLIA, it takes about 2 hours to reach our hotel by car.
What room types you have? And what are the rates?
We have altogether 3 types of room.

* Peak season includes the actual day as well as the eve of all official public holidays and all stipulated school holidays of Malaysia and Singapore.
** All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tax.
Do your rate include breakfast?
No. We do not serve breakfast. You can find many food courts / restaurants / coffee shops around us, where you can enjoy variety of local foods such as Hainan chicken rice ball, satay, roti canai, famous Teochew's Bah kut teh, etc.
Do your hotel have Long Term Rates?
Yes, please find below our long term rates:
Long Term Guest (Applicable on minimum stay of 14 days continuously or above)
Junior Suite - RM 85.00 ++
Family Suite - RM 110.00 ++
Do your hotel accept foreign currency?
We only accept Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
How many people can stay in your room?
For Studio and Junior Suite is 2 persons and Family Suite is 3 persons, additional pax need to request for extra mattress at RM30.
Reservation
Can I make a reservation directly through the hotel?
Yes. You can contact us via phone at 606-2921 301/302 or via fax at 606-2921 300, or go online to make a reservation directly.

In reply, we will confirm your reservation within 1 working day.
After I make my reservation, how long does it take to get a reservation confirmation?
Within 1 working day (not including Sunday & Public Holidays). When you make a reservation with us, within hours, you will receive our Reservation Request Acknowledgement via e-mail, confirming that your reservation request is now being processed. At the same time we will check our reservation database. Upon confirmation (usually within 1 working day), we will send you a confirmation with your reservation details via e-mail or fax.
What is the latest time that I can make a reservation?
We accept reservations that are made at least 3-working days (not including Sat, Sun & Public Holidays) before the check-in date. For corporate clients that have established a corporate account with us, we accept reservations on a 1-working day notice.
How do I make reservation online?
Please kindly follow the Online Reservation link and fill up the reservation form. We will confirm your reservation within a day either via email or telephone

Note: We accept on-line reservation up to 3 months in advance. For more than 3 months reservation, please contact us directly at contact@hotel7.com.my.
How do I secure my reservation?
You can pay us 1 night deposit by cash.

* For proof of payment, please fax the bank in slip to .
** Accomodation is confirmed subject to one night's deposit in advance. Otherwise, reservation are held until 3:00p.m. unless prepayment is paid to hotel prior to arrival.
Facilities
Does your hotel has internet access?
Yes. We do provide internet access in the rooms with shared streamyx line of 1Mbps.
Does your hotel provide hot shower?
Yes, we do provide hot shower with high water pressure.
Do your hotel provide car park?
Our hotel have ample car park with CCTV security system.

Do you provide airport transfer service?
We do not provide transport service from the airport (KLIA).
Check In / Check Out
What is your check in and check out time?
Check in time: 3.00 p.m.
Check out time: 12.00 p.m.
Can I request for late check out?
Yes, you can request for late check out from our front desk depending on room availability. RM50 will be charged if you check out later than 2 hours from our check out time at 12.00p.m. Check out after 5.00p.m. is considered as extend stay and one night room rate will be charged.
Can I check in earlier?
Yes, you can check in earlier subject to room availability. However, there will be a surcharge of RM50.00 if you wish to check in before 12:00p.m. If you reach our hotel earlier, you can leave your luggages with us free of charge and go out to have a walk at the nearby attraction while waiting for the room to be available for check in.
