Terms and conditions
1.Reservation Policy
All confirmed paid reservation will be hold until 12midnight only and
billed as No-Show.
Any delays on arrival must be informed in advance before check-in date.
The hotel reserves the rights to release your room by midnight if there
are no notification.
2.Cancellation
Any cancellation within 30 Days from Check-In Date will be charged 100%
of Room Rate.
Any cancellation 31 Days and above, 20% of Room Charges will be charged
which means balance will be refunded after deducting bank charges .
3.Refund Policy
*Deposit of RM50 will be collected upon Check-In and only refunded upon
check-out provided room in good condition.
* Balance deposit will be refunded after deducting room damages
accordingly (if any).
4.Shorten Stay (Early Check-Out)
* No refund will be paid to Guest for any shorten-stay or early check-out.
5.Extend Stay
All extend stay payment must be made before 12:00Noon on scheduled
Check-Out Date.
6.Missing Or Damaged Items
The hotel will charge accordingly for any missing items and damages
(including stained linens) upon check-out.
